Sliding Scale Fees

Gail Wasserman offers Sliding Scale Family Law. Hourly rates will be based on income as follows:

Income Hourly Rate

$35,000-$65,000 $225 per hour;

$65,000-$85,000 $275 per hour;

$85,000-135,000 $300 per hour;

$135,000-$200,000 $350 per hour;

$200,000 and above $400 per hour.
